Located in Newport Beach California, it’s just steps away from Lido Village, which features a collection of eateries on the Harbor and is only ten minutes from John Wayne Airport (SNA).
Airports
Attendees should plan to arrive on Wednesday, March 1st, and depart on Friday morning, March 3rd – or stay the weekend, as Newport Beach is beautiful all year. The closest major airports are:
- John Wayne Airport (SNA): About 10 minutes from Lido House Hotel
- Los Angeles International Airport (LAX): 45 minutes from Newport Beach, not considering traffic.
- Long Beach Airport (LGB): 35 minutes from Newport Beach, not considering traffic.
Transportation
To your hotel in Newport Beach from the airport: All attendees are responsible for booking their own transportation to and from the airport. Uber, Lyft, and pre-booked car services can be taken from the airport to your hotel.
To dinner from Lido House Hotel: Group transportation to dinner will leave from the Lido House Hotel. Not staying at Lido House Hotel? Please meet us at the hotel to take advantage of the complimentary transportation.
To golf tournament from Lido House Hotel: For those playing in the golf tournament, group transportation will leave from Lido House Hotel.
Accommodations
All attendees are required to book their own accommodations. For your convenience, we’ve secured a courtesy room block at the Lido House Hotel for $389/night plus tax (~35% discount). You will receive access to the negotiated room block after you complete your registration.
